What have you accomplished this week?
i have accomplished and know i know alot of things about keyboards
What problems have you overcome this week?
how to put the keyboard on the posterr board and be neat at the same time
What are the most significant problems you face at this time? What will you do to meet these problems?i will try make it neat.
What materials or information do you need? How do you plan on getting these materials or information? I neede a band saw and i needed some glue
Briefly describe the project: The project is to build a computer and install Ubuntu.
What have you accomplished this week? I have in built a computer and installed Ubuntu.
What problems have you overcome this week? We have overcome a bad moniter and a bad computer. I have also over come a bad Ubuntu disk.
What are the most significant problems you face at this time? What will you do to meet these problems? We have faced a bad moniter and we will get a new better one.
What materials or information do you need? How do you plan on getting these materials or information? We need to ge to the applications and change the login.
What have you done this term?
this term i have learned about a keyboard and what it does. I have also built a computer and downloaded Ubuntu and down loaded flock and Samba. This term i learned how to make an ethernet cord and made it work. i have also seen the inside of the computer keyboard and made a poster with all the information that i got off of the internet. I have learned how to make new tabs on the internet and i have learned what the inside of a computer looks like and what I can do to make it better. I also learned how to use the vinal cutter.
What was the biggest challenge for you this term?
The biggest problom i had this term was i made a bad poster and it fell apart. I also had a bad moniter and a bad moniter and a bad computer when i started to make my own computer. I also lost my ethernet cord and when i was making a ethernet cord it would not work so i had to make at least 3 times before i got it right. When i made my computer i had a problom with the bash shell system. I also had somthing wrong with a pointer devise systerm. One problom i had with the video card was broken and we had to go inside the computer case and get a new one.
What have you learned that could be useful outside of school?
I learned how to build a computer out of a moniter and a computer i have also learned how to make an ethernet cord. I would now know what is wrong my computer at home and if something was wrong with it i would know how to fix it.I would also be able to see and ethernet cord and say i made one of them.
Of the things you have done this term, what would you like to do more of?
I would like to do more of building computers.An d do more of build more cords and learn more abot the inside of the computer. I would also just want to mess around and see what would happen and then try and fix it agian.

This week i have installed flock and samba, i have also done a internet speed test nad found how much ram is in the computer.
What problems have you overcome this week?i have overcome a bad ethernet cord and we had a bad monitor and i could not have volume on my computer and i fixed it so i could.

What materials or information do you need? How do you plan on getting these materials or information? i went to google and saw what i needed to download flock and samba and i also looked up what i needed to fix my volume
Briefly describe the project: we had to make the computer as fast and have as much ram as possible. we also had to download thiungs to make our computer faster.
What have you accomplished this week?i accomplished downloading a bunch of different thing to make my computer better in alot of different ways.
What problems have you overcome this week?probloms we acomplished this week was trying to find downloads to improve the performances of my computer.
What are the most significant problems you face at this time? What will you do to meet these problems?i will keep tying to find the downloads to make my computer faster.
What materials or information do you need? How do you plan on getting these materials or information?i need to know what i should look up on line so i can improve my computer.
In class we have found a broken down computer and fixed the boot order. for the last week we have been trying to run halo trial on windows 98. our efforts have come up short because we have been almost every website on this topic and we have found that windows 98 is not capable of controlling this software. so now we are trying to figure out how to put xbox live onto his new xbox.
Briefly describe the project: we are taking a beoken down computer and fgixing it so it will work and so we can bring it home
What have you accomplished this week? this week we have tryed to discover if you can put halo on a windows 98
What problems have you overcome this week? we needed to download flash player and we did not know how

I have taken two broken down computers and turned them into two ubuntu running working computers
What was the biggest challenge for you this term?
The biggest challenge for me is my seconed computer because it was really messed up.
What have you learned that could be useful outside of school?
i learned how to make my computer ubuntu and i learned how to set up a computer.
